Since our formation we have successfully completed projects with many major New Zealand companies. Details of some of these are included below.
Dairy Industry - Screw Feeders for Plant
Design, manufacture and installation of two screw feeders, surge hopper, magnets and isolation slide valves. Installed to supply a constant flow of product to a bag packing machine.
The new system increased the bag packers efficiency and with the inclusion of a C.I.P system, any potential cross contamination of products was minimised. |

Woodwaste - Multi Screw Dischargers
Design and manufacture of numerous 'Live Bottom Dischargers' and storage hoppers for feeding woodwaste to solid fuel fired boilers. |

Food Processing - Pouch Pasteurisation
Design and manufacture of a specialised stainless steel screw conveyor, 1.2m diameter x 7m long, designed for the pasteurising of pre-packed food pouches. |

Grain/Malt Handling - Malt Silos and Conveying System
Work included site layout of three new 450 tonne silos - also the design, manufacture and installation of a conveying system for silo unloading at variable flow rates into a common collection conveying system.

Wineries - Marc Conveying System
Includes CAD layouts, design and manufacture of multi screw dischargers, retractable rail system, and 600 diameter screw conveyors. |

Mining Industry - Limestone Addition System
Conceptual system design; including bulk truck intake, conveying to bulk storage/hopper, hopper design and the metering of limestone from the storage hopper at variable flow rates.
